Vroooooommmmm!

After waiting patiently, I finally got to go see race cars today. Daddy and I got prepped for the action. Then we waited, and waited, until finally....

....I got to see my first REAL race car (Mom says that Lightning McQueen does not count). If you look closely you can see it. Yep, it's that blurry blob in the middle of the pic (this is the best Mom could get with the point and shoot).

After an hour or so, I was ready to head back home (a boy my age can only take so much 90+ degree weather), but not before collecting some loot.

Mommy said that I might even get to see more cars this summer when the Brickyard 400 comes to town. However, she is not quite sure she's ready for the cultural experience that is NASCAR.
